Sheila Garcia is a Sustainability Associate for Pure Strategies where she helps analyze and manage ESG data and research and devise strategies on topics such as sustainable packaging, food waste, and supply chains.
Prior to Pure Strategies, Sheila had several roles including a Strategy and Product Sustainability Consultant for SFL Decor LLC and an ESG and Sustainability Associate for Albertsons Companies Inc. These roles included analyzing sustainable packaging data and building actionable strategies from that data. She also supported supplier engagement efforts for climate and has done energy analysis.
Sheila has a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and an MBA with a concentration in Business, Energy, Environment and Sustainability (BEES) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
